Apple TV Channels app Streaming to the tuner failed. Press play to try again

Hello
I have my parents on a very simple setup.
One 4 tuner hd homerun. two appletvs.

Not to long ago a issue started that if TV (a) watches anything over the air, TV (b) cant watch any channels. Every channel comes up with error.

Streaming to the tuner failed. Press play to try again..

If you close out of Channels on TV (a), then TV (b) will start to tune to channels again.

Sounds like issues with the tuner. Try power cycling it, or contact Silicon Dust.

Thank you, you were right something was wrong with the HD home run. It was locked up where it would only allow one of the four tuners to work until I rebooted it. I have never seen an HD home run ever have an issue until now
