I’m about ready to give up: I use voiceover on Apple TV, Channels worked ok until I wanted to try the DVR, buffering problems. I was using the HD connect so was told to get the extend to compress the OTA signal. Still buffering and only get half of the channels I did before. Using windows 10 This is a bit to teckey for me, a blind guy using screen reader.
I would love to tell my blind/low vision how this app is on the apple TV but can’t because do difficult.
What are you using for your DVR server? I have AppleTVs (9) running of Channels DVR on a WDC NAS, using 2 WD EXTENDs. They stream wirelessly from the NAS. I rarely see buffering issues, and normal only at the very start of a show.
