I have a 4K apple tv with Fios gigabit through my house.
Everytime I watch channels dvr app on Apple TV using TVE it’s freezing all the time
Then it will say connection lost seems like it only happens on my Apple TV
I also have a nvida shield and don’t have this issue
Check the DVR web ui log for errors at the time you experience the issue. If there are some, submit diagnostics and post them here and we’ll see if we can help.

Every channel with TVE freezes after 5 minutes. The screen will freeze and then it will say connection lost
You need to click Submit Diagnostics on the Apple TV after it happens
I have done that a few times I will continue to do it
Are recordings also affected?
It seems like the network connection at the Apple TV is flaky. Is it on Wi-Fi or wired?
Yes recordings are affected Apple TV is WiFi connected
But I have the infuse app streaming 4k from my nas and no issues with streaming and the 4K movies are 60 to 90 GB also have HD home run for locals no issues
Seems to be TVE only
What happens with recordings?
Freezes when watching them
Does it freeze if you watch the recorded mpg file on a computer with VLC?
That seems to be good on a pc
Can infuse play the same mpg file without freezing?
Having the same problem after about 2 minutes of streaming. Closed connection to TVE-Spectrum. Anyone find a solution to this?
