Appletv cant skip foward until commercial scan is complete

I’ve noticed on the recent updates that sometimes if I’m watching a show before it’s completed recording and the commercials are scanned I can’t skip forward but I can rewind.

I made a video recording of this what is the best way I can share this.

I used the Apple TV to submit logs and there was a support email address so I emailed the two video files
