AppleTV Dropped output frames causing transient stuttering

I'm having an odd issue with a few AppleTV units and video stutter/judder.

Stats show dropped output frames but if I pause the video or bump back then things clear up and the number of dropped frames stops increasing. (Or resets when I bump back or forward).

I've sent a few diagnostics from the clients:

I've also noticed that my UST projector will sometimes go black like it's changing resolution/frame rate and will show it's res/rate display. Though that could be the projector since Vava is still messing with firmware for it.

I guess its probably a tvOS 16 beta issue.

Okay, fair shout. I think I remember it happening on 15. I'll check on an iPad with 15 and see if there's anything that comes up.
