I restored my channels dvr settings from a QNAP install to a Windows 10 install because of a openssl bug in the Qnap version. now I'm able to access the dvr from other systems on the network (windows 10 and iphones) from the web interface but not from any apps. Not from IOS, not from apple TV. apps can't find the dvr automatically or by manually entering the IP of the windows PC.
Must be a firewall on your PC
