I oftentimes change the artwork for a recorded TVE-streamed movie. But I've come across two recordings with a default poster that I've been unable to change. In both instances, when I select Edit Poster, the Art Picker popup appears briefly and then vanishes. Chatbots suggest trying Refresh Metadata, or a different browser, or a browser in private mode for a recording with the issue. But none of those things has worked to resolve the glitch for those two recordings.
My Channels DVR installation (version 2026.08.07.0346) is running on a Synology DS423+ in a docker container, although I came across the first of those two Edit Poster glitches when I was still running a native DSM installation of Channels DVR.
Has anyone seen this glitch and discovered a fix?
