Uploading… I can not see art work. I am now on 2.1.13 version but it did not work in previous 2 versions as well.
Please post screenshot again. You need to wait til the uploading is complete before hitting reply.
Do you see guide data and art work on the web admin UI for the DVR?
No I do not see Guide Data in Web UI. If I go in Search, I can see art work.Uploading…
It shows Uploading as 100% but does not complete the process. I waited several minutes.
I was able to fix this issue by hitting TV icon on my iMac and Restart Server. It updated to the latest version and Guide data and Art work came back on UI. I went back to ATV and Refreshed using “Settings” tab. Guide data and Art work came back.
Will I need to follow this process for each update?
Can you check the Log tab to see if it shows any errors from before you restarted?
