Assistance with port forwarding

New user here.
Installed Channels Server on my Synology NAS. Downloaded the client and had no issue viewing TV at home. While the guide isn't showing up (a separate topic), I would like to remote view my HDHomerun 4K flex. Saying that, I tried a simple port forwarding rule on my Ubiquiti EdgeRouter X, with port 8089, but to no avail. Not sure if I should be looking at the NAS or my Router here.

Any suggestions or guidance, would be appreciated.

First, make sure you have Remote DVR turned on in Channels, it's easy to miss. After that, it seems a lot of folks have trouble port forwarding with Ubiquiti EdgeRouter. Googling around reveals lots of examples. Maybe one of them has the same issue as you. Maybe a incoming/outgoing nic issue. Possibly helpful video:
