ATSC 3.0 Web Player Video Playback Fails

Recently all ATSC 3.0 channels will no longer play in the web player. They have played on the web player in the past with no issues. I have tried Chrome and Edge on two different machines, and they will not play back. The standard channels will playback with no issue. They also still will play via Apple TV and iPad and iPhone. Also, your troubleshooting says that Chrome is corrupt and out of date. This is the latest release.

If I update the settings to software then the ATSC 3.0 channels will playback. However, it has always played back on hardware before and I have tried from 3 machines now and this has never been an issue in the past.

Please update to the latest pre-release and let us know if you see any improvement.

No, I am sorry that did not resolve the issues. Hardware encoding still causes playback in the browser to fail.
