ATSC 3 OTA channel shows 0 bits per second while recording

I have two HDHomerun tuners, a Connect 4K and a Flex 4K. While recording two OTA news shows I noticed the one from an ATSC 3 signal showed zero bps throughput.

This is not a bug, but rather a limitation of the data provided by the tuner. The bitrate is not provided; Channels cannot show you something it doesn't see.

Here is SiliconDust's response to this:

I'm guessing they're using the bitrate from the transport stream parser (ts: line in the debug output). ATSC 3.0 channels aren't broadcast as transport streams so they don't run through that system and thus don't have a rate to show.
