ATT Uverse - gets halfway through scanning channels then stops. API / Rate limit?

Been doing a new setup of ChannelsDVR and I am unable to scan and add ATT Uverse TVE channels. It logs in, scans some channels, then hangs and stops. I've used this for TVE before on the same server, it has always worked great. Suddenly running into issues.

Could this be an authentication or API/Rate Limiting issue? Been stuck on this for 10 minutes...

Now an error on attempting to login. Able to login on the website without issue.

If you look in the DVR web ui log did it error out before completing the scan? I’ve seen some cases where the progress UI gets stuck but the scan actually succeeds, you just don’t see it. Something to check anyway.
