Attempt to add YouTube TV source receives "blocked by Google" error message

When I try to add YouTube TV as a source, I receive an error message stating that the login was "blocked by Google". I have also tried to use the "work-around" where I install Channels on the Channel Container on my QNAP NAS. While it appears that Channels was successfully installed in the container, I am unable to ping the container address from my desktop. Can anyone provide guidance on how to make the Channels container address accessible from my desktop? Or how I can work around the "blocked by Google" message? Any help would be appreciated, thanks!

It's unclear exactly what you mean, but let me take a guess that you're trying to install Channels DVR in a docker container on your nas.

If that's the case, you would access it using the ip address of your nas that you bound the docker container to and the port you published the docker container on.

So assuming you bound the container to your nas at 192.168.1.3 and published the container at port 8089, you would put http://192.168.1.3:8089 in a web browser on your desktop to get to it.

If that's not what you meant, you should clarify.

I can add youtube tv but get a few channels.

You can click this link which is a search of the forum to see discussions about the error message

Setting my Channels docker to use my ISP’s DNS server instead of my preferred Quad9/Cloudflare via AdGuard Home setup resolved this issue for me.
