Last night the apple tv app crashed while I was creating a pass. When reloaded it the pass was there. Is there anything you need from me log wise? I wasn’t able to recreate the problem but I can describe it. I created many passes last night and was about a week or so in the future in the guide. I deleted and re created a pass for a show because it wasn’t showing up yellow/orange (turns out that episode had already recorded). Maybe one of those things was related and can help.
