Following some problems with my VBox I had to do a reset and retune everything back in. Was up and running again in no time - but now have a really irritating “audio description” on some channels, but not all.

I actually switched the BBC one HD channel to another to see if the problem fixed, but it didn’t.

Audio description is not turned on, on the AppleTV and there is only one sound stream available in the options which if I turn off turns all the sound off.

Using channels 5.5.10

What can I do to fix this problem?

The tuner is responsible for picking up available audio tracks. It's only providing the secondary one..

Does VBox app work any differently?
