Audio Issue

Seem to be having audio issues. Not sure how many channels it’s effecting, but the attached is one that doesn’t play. Not playing audio on iOS or Apple TV.

Update. This channel still has no audio on iOS, and come through on Apple TV with a tinny audio with weird feedback.

After playback, please go to Settings -> Support -> Submit Diagnostic Logs from your device and let us know when it's been submitted so we can have a better idea of what was going on.

I seemed to have found the culprit. I had been using 102.1 coming into my HD home run vs 2.1. When I switched, it cam it perfectly fine.

We should be able to figure out what's wrong with it.

Just submitted diagnostic logs, newest beta, terrible stuttering on live channel. Goes away if I change the channel and then come back. What is the fix? Is this the same problem as the audio sync issues on playback?

@psternklar it looks like the signal strength for the latest channel you were watching could be too strong. If you reach out to [email protected] they can help you figure out if it is too strong.

@eric thanks. No issues when using Plex app. Does Channels and Plex handle this differnetly? I did reach out to Siicondust. Appriciate the help.
