Audio issues

I’m having two different audio issues with Channels:

I have a stereo pair of HomePods connected to one of my Apple TVs running Channels and often times when I turn off the TV while watching live TV via channels, the audio continues to play through the HomePods even though the Apple TV is asleep. How is this even possible?

The other issue is related to popping/hiccups in the audio when playing video through either the iOS or iPadOS Channels app. I’ve tried both the default audio driver as well as the experimental one…

Any thoughts?

I have been having audio crackles and pops and things ever since iOS / tvOS 16 update. Bluetooth seems to be more buggy in the 16 release. It not just in channels but all other apps
