Audio not working on shows recorded from ABC

Hi, I have 3 Nvidia Shields, one of which is the ChannelsDVR server. Suddenly from one show to the next audio sopped playing in all 3 on anything taped from ABC. This holds true for all 3 Shields. On my PC (Win10) using Chrome browser the sound is very strange.. almost like it's playing 2 tracks at same time regular track and descriptive audio. Audio does play just fine on 2 iPad Pro's. This happens regardless of decoder setting, Hardware, Hybrid or Software. shows play fine using Plex however.. I only noticed 2 days ago however it began 05/05/2020 @ 8:30pm. The show just prior to that @ 8:00 recorded and played fine. here is a snippet of log when I play on web browser.. hope it is of value.

Forgot to mention.. It also fails to play the audio on my Pixel 3XL.

Can you try with the apps set to Home Streaming Quality: Original

They are all set to original except for Web player on Chrome (There is no setting for original on that) it does it on 1080 settings or 720 settings.. I didn't try any others

I submitted diagnostics last night and just now.. hopefully it helps.

If you find the show on the web UI, then scroll down to an affected episode, can you screenshot what's shown once you select View Details in the dropdown?

Looks pretty normal. Can you upload the recording to google drive or similar and email a link to [email protected]

Done.. The Linked file plays fine in windows proper and in plex.. but not in channels web player or the channels dvr app on 3 shields and Pixel 3 XL. It will however play on Shield and Pixel using plex and MX Player Pro

Thanks for the sample recording. A fix is available in the latest android beta and dvr pre-release.

Web player is fixed.. however still no audio on anything Android.. pixel 3 xl phone or any of my shields.. which are used to watch DVR recordings 99% of the time. Shields updated and I even rebooted.. still no joy

Try going to the play store and install the update. It may take some time to show up. The About tab of the app should say Beta 5.13.1931

I read this and sure enough update was waiting when I checked... working perfectly.. Thank you for your hard work!
