Need some understanding. I use m3u iptv source along with HD Homerun source on channels app. The OTA major networks come in at 5.1 audio. My iptv comes in at stereo PCM on channels DVR. When I play my iptv channels on there native app they come in with multichannel 5.1 audio. Does channels not support multichannel on M3u sources. I do have surround in settings on. Thanks
Can you give more details on the “native app” you are referencing here?
Make a recording. Click View Details on the web UI, and check what it shows for the audio track details.

Looks like it’s stereo.
Also I use a Apple TV app called IPTVX as a backup to channels DVR. I want to clarify I use the Sonos TV that displays the audio signal. Perhaps its not accurate.
