Audio Problems

I'm having trouble with a video I've loaded into my library (not recorded). On all of my TVs, I hear sound, but one of the TVs I get very low speech volume and all the background and other sounds are normal volume.

This TV has the audio run through an AV Receiver. I don't have problem on my recorded items or other videos I've installed in my import folder, but some of the items I am having problems with.

On the specific file I am having issues with, VLC reports the following:

Codec: MPEG AAC Audio (mp4a)
Channels: 3F2R/LFE
Sample Rate: 48000 Hz
Bits per sample: 32

Anyone with more technical knowledge than me have any ideas on how to troubleshoot?

Thanks.

Can you try changing Settings > Playback > Advanced > Audio Driver

I don't see Audio Driver on the client or server pages under the path you listed. I'm using a Nvidia shield using client version 4.2.0. On other TVs with shield, no issues. Only difference is I have a denon receive attached between the shield and the projector.

Bumping to see if anyone has any recommendations (and to clarify if I am looking at the wrong section for the Audio Driver tmm1 referenced).

The Audio Driver option is only present in Apple clients; the option does not exist in the Android clients.

Does Surround Sound: Off make any difference?

Sorry for the delay. I believe turning off surround sound worked (at least one one file I tested). Also reinstalled PLEX to see if this was just a Channel's issue and it is not, same file on Plex has the same problem. As all other TVs work with variery of Shield and GoogleTV devices, it must be the AV Reciever I have hooked up.
