Authz retries failed - Spectrum

Getting: 2023/09/07 07:46:35.215771 action=authz_retry err=notAuthorized: We're sorry, something didn't work quite right. Please try again. "

On what appears all Specturm TV Everywhere channels this AM. Was working last night. Was able to log into AMC via the web but not using Channels! Also, tried other channels like Reelz, MTV, AMC and getting the same error from channels.

I do think the issue has resolved itself. Can anyone else confirm or not?

I wouldn't worry about it. Appears it was a temporary issue with the authentication server, hence the message to try again. Usually that message appears in your browser if trying to auth and stream at the network website, but Channels is proxying for you, so captures that message.

I've also seen it sometimes with Xfinity.

Make sure you're running the latest prerelease version for the DVR server.
If you still have issues on the latest prerelease, you should submit diagnostics from the DVR server web UI.
