How often are automatic channel collections scanned for new content? Can the scanning be done manually?
They are based upon the currently airing program. There is no "scanning".
I have a Channels collection with all Channels ... and new channels are added at the bottom so there must be some sort of scanning. I use this to avoid those ghostly Channels that keep appearing.
