Hi, in the last week or so, Channels has started to exhibit odd behavior on shows recorded OTA on the local (New York) CBS station. Automatic commercial skipping has been working great but lately it will not skip commercials for other CBS shows (generally the last 2 or 3 commercials in the string of commercials). It will skip all of the other commercials but not the CBS specific ones. Has anyone else seen this? Any idea what's causing it and how to rectify it? Channels is running on a Rasberry Pi using the Channels specific OS image.

If those commercials were inserted by the network rather than the affiliate (or vice versa) they may or may not have characteristics like 5.1 sound, subtitles or a watermark which if I understand comskip correctly could throw it off.
