I’m currently evaluating Channels for my setup and I would like to get the DVR version. However I’m in France and your website mention only few countries where DVR is available and France isn’t one of them. What are the limitations that makes France not available for DVR?
DVR option is the one I’m the most interested because I want to be able to record but mostly I need to be able to connect remotly as this setup in France is for my parents and I live in the US but I do enjoy watching some French TV remotly
The DVR does work in France. That's one of the countries we are currently beta testing the DVR in.
Is Australian on the current beta list?!
Australian guide data is not currently offered by Gracenote in the format we need. They are working to add it and it should be available sometime next year.
Any update on DVR for Australia?
Is there any lobbying us Australian users can do to get a guide service over the line here?

Not only is it "some time next year" but in fact 12 months the has passed and still no answer on Australian support...... Any news at all guys?
