The Away From Home feature asks for a code every time I use it. Is there a way to turn this off?
Channels doesn't keep any history of previous connections. Not sure what the official reason is.
It would be nice if the client could remember at least the most recent connection to allow for a convenient way to switch between two DVRs. Extra points for allowing custom labels - Home/Shelter
What platform are you referring to? You should only need to enter the code once and it will remember it. If that isn’t happening, somethings wrong and we can look into it.
Amazon Fire Stick. It didn't happen today, but was asking me for a code for the first few days after install. It might have fixed itself.
