B1G Network & FS1 Down on Dish Network?

These channels show as authorized, and I did a rescan just to be safe. However, when I try to tune in it fails. I'm currently watching via the admin panel remotely, but every other channel seems to work except these ones...

6199 B1G Netwrok
6197 & 6198 FS1 & FS2

When I click on the above channels, it shows Starting... Reconnecting... and then it fails. If I watch other channels it goes from Starting... Remux Starting... Transcoder Starting and then the show plays.

I should also note that my season passes on 6199 all show as failed recording as well. Any ideas?
