Situation: computer running Channels DVR is offline (physically located different state)

Fix: until rebooting manually the computer utilize a backup (older Mac) in a different state that presently in front of...
so far so good.
all I had to do was re-add my sources
now having spend some time on special tweaking (loading webcam sources and getting them to work) I'm wondering if there is a way (forgive me if this has been answered previously) to store the sources in cloud then download to install on temp computers?
I do understand I can restore from previous but the sources are on the computer that's offline (so I want to future proof it by storing that information in cloud).
does that make sense? if so what files would I back up to cloud (and hence download to import on back up in use computer?? for future reference)
