Banner popping, audio, video, stutters

Hello,
For the past few days I have been experiencing an issue with timeline banner appearing every few minutes. It’s happening on several sets at my home where the dvr network sits. I have restarted all devices, networks, severs, stb’s, etc, same issue. I have ran and submitted diagnostics.
The issue occurs while watching live TV hdhomerun, not channel specific. Using the HD homerun app is fine. All stb’s are firetvcube.

I’ve uploaded the diagnostic again from the app. Right now the Banner is popping every minute or so, when it happens audio and video stutter.
Diagnostic s have been submitted from both the server and the app. Please let me know if you need anything further.
Logs have been submitted as 8a3abdeb-9244-4e8b-b6da-900d0f605bb6
Also intensive Logs have been submitted as 2ba590c8-8011-4e34-8734-49264d6d1ed2

Please advise,
Thanks

Try toggling Tuner Sharing under Settings> Playback > Advanced

Giving it a try, thanks.

Tuner sharing is now toggled off sever side, previously was on. I've restarted the app on a couple of the FTVCubes and so far so good, no banner. Oddly when I look at server status activity, it shows as idle although two cubes are streaming via the HDHomerun. If I change the channel to TVE it shows activity. I've restarted the channels server but same behavior when streaming through HDHR, status idle. HDHR tech gui shows multiple tuners in use.

Still seeing occasional banner also, sigh.
Thanks for any additional suggestions in advance.

What happens if you pause the playback for a few seconds and then play? This should allow for the local cache to fill up so it can survive network/server hiccups. Bringing up the stats during playback allows to observe the size of the cache.

Now that you turned off tuner sharing your Cubes are connecting directly to the hdhr. The server doesn’t see this connection so it doesn’t report it in the activity. This is normal and the expected behavior when tuner sharing is disabled. Channels will also tune quicker when tuner sharing is disabled but the downside is each client device will grab a different tuner even when viewing the same channel. If you have lots of tuners then it’s not a big deal but if you have a 2 tuner hdhr and both Cubes are watching a hdhr channel and there is a recording scheduled the you will miss the recording if the cubes tuned in to the hdhr first.

Thanks all for the responses. I didn't realize the cache shows in the stats display, I'll give that try when troubleshooting.
As to tuner sharing, I've had it enabled for sometime with no issues, as occasionally I was hitting a wall with 4 tuner hdhr. Been so long I forgot about then hdhr direct connect when its disabled, good there now.
Although I wasn't seeing any obvious network issue, I ended up bouncing the switch the hdhr connects to [second time in two days] and things improved, no more banner. I am chalking this up as network related for now. Swapping out that switch tomorrow anyway for another reason.
Thanks again for suggestions and sharing.
