Best streaming service (for me)

Good afternoon all,
I wanted to reach out and get everyone's opinion as I know everyone has one about the various streaming services. I was extremely happy with Hulu until they really started to mess up their authentication program. I've stopped Hulu and I'm currently using an antenna for my local TV stations and Philo for my other stations ( no fox news). So in terms of a best streaming service the channels that I most interested in are:

Discovery, travel, Fox News, cooking, food Network, American heroes channel, History channel, Fox weather, The weather channel.

These are the biggest ones that I seem to enjoy the most and if I could get the locals as well that would be a plus. The antenna has been working very well but I sometimes wonder during storms if it's the best thing. If anyone could relate to me their experiences and what service they're using that would be handy and trying to figure out which way to move forward on. For system setup reference I'm using a Synology DS720 Plus with the five bay expander. This system doubles as my Plex server and my regular TV server. Thank you again.

I think YouTube TV will end up as the winner, given the channels you listed… Fubo TV is good too, on AppleTV at least. But it doesn’t have all the channels.

Fox Weather can be picked up with most FAST providers like Pluto, Samsung, etc.

Philo is the "best" for me. Cheap and has the channels i want. Some are only in their app though, no TVE. But, Philo been the most reliable TVE source for me for years.

YTTV, has its issues for some users.
