Big10 TVE Network no longer showing on Dish Network

I tried a channel rescan, but the channel number of 6199 is no longer showing. Typically these would provide an error message, but now the channel is gone completely when managing the source.

Any ideas if there is a way to get this back, or try to add a channel manually?
