Blank purple screen

I recently needed to move my antenna to another tv and after reconnecting it to my HDHomeRun (original white box) I just get a blank purple screen in the Channels app on ATV. Hitting menu brings up the sidebar with the Channels logo but nothing else. There is no option to get back to settings.

If I unplug the HDHR I can get the preparing your tv screen. Once I plug it back in the goes back to the blank screen. I've also tried changing the IP address of the HDHR with the same result.

Everything still works on the iOS app (iPhone and iPad). Any suggestions?

Have you tried restarting the app?

Thanks, just tried that. After relaunching I get the preparing message and then right back to the purple screen. I also tried deleting/reinstalling the app.

I’m on the ATV 4 if that makes a difference.

Can you open http://x:57000/log using the IP of your Apple TV, then copy/paste what's shown there

I'm still not sure what happened, but I was able to resolve it by updating the firmware on my HDHomeRun, doing a new channel scan from the Windows config software, and then reinstalling Channels again on the ATV.

Channels on iOS devices never stopped working. It wouldn't surprise me if this was just due to the older hardware (HDHR-US), but it was still strange.
