Blocked Channels Showing

On the server I blocked certain channels but they are showing up.

I screen shot a example.

Troubleshooting I already did.
Reloaded m3u
Disabled all other sources
Re-download xmltv

Even after clicking into Pluto > Sync > Import ?

*Client app --> setting. --> sources. --> manage sources. --> Pluto. --> Sync

Follow up question. Do I need to do this on each client device? Or can I push update block list from server automatically?
