Brand NEW user and I Can't Log In to YouTube TV

I'm asked to log in to YouTube TV however I get error code that authorization fails! I can log in WITHOUT Channels DVR App.

I have tried setting up a different account in Google and invited that account to join my "Family" in order to authorize another YouTubeTV user then used that new accout to login into YouTube TV on Channels screen but I get the same message of unable to authenticate.
