Bravo interlace artifacts

Hi all,

Is anyone else experiencing really bad interlacing issues on Bravo?
It's in the mpg file, and doesn't seem to matter which de-intelerlace setting is used.

Here is an example

It is most likely inherent to the stream as it is sent. TV Everywhere streams from NBCUniversal channels—which includes Bravo—all seem to be [email protected], meaning they are streamed without interlacing. It then seems to follow that interlacing artifacts must have been present before transmission.
