Version 7 of Channels for iOS changed the layout/UI of videos. It used to display as a vertical list which worked well as you could see many items on the screen and scroll up and down. Since version 7, it now it displays as a horizontal list which does not work well since it can only display one title and almost a second one. Finding what you want to watch by scrolling left and right is more difficult due to this limited view. To fix this, it would be best to bring back the vertical scrolling list, or allow the app to work in landscape mode so the horizontal layout could properly be used, like how it displays on the Apple TV.
Below is a screenshot of the new behavior I am seeing. Sorry I don't have a screenshot of the old behavior, but it looked similar to the layout that Recordings uses on iOS.
