For those connecting to the web page for the DVR using windows 10.
If the interface seems sluggish and you are using IE11 on windows 10, try connecting with Edge or Firefox or Chrome.
The symptoms in IE are: when selecting “on now” it stays blank (or only the circle icon in the middle of the screen). and “Loading” on the right hand side instead of the tuner list. Same with “Guide”. The Search displays, but cannot find any items… After viewing the log it is not possible to go back to the other functions. All of these seem to only affect IE (11.576.14930)…
Firefox, Chrome or Edge seem fine for viewing the guide and scheduling… (still having an issue with the viewing via browser… but I may be missing something on that).
