BTN Big Ten Network Freezing during startup / commercials

Hi. I'm new.

I know nothing about issue reporting, SSH, submitting logs or diagnostics, etc. Please don't berate me for not knowing this, or for not knowing where to post, or that duplicate posts have addressed the issue. Just be kind and point me in the right direction. I'm receptive and somewhat capable. I'll bookmark or favorite any threads that may be more appropriate. After all, I got my Pi up and running via the easy-to-do support and info pages

That being said,

I'm running:
Raspberry Pi4 v 2021.1101.2046
Pre-Release v 2022.01.04.0152
Apple TV 4K TVOS 15.2
Seagate One Touch 2TB USB 3.0 External HDD (yes, externally powered. not via the RPi4).

BigTenNetwork (BTN) via YouTubeTV / TVE ch 6199 commonly (75% + of the time) freezes / gets stuck for me via live TV or Recorded TV. The timeline scrubber just spins away... Seems to be on a "Speedway" commercial. It ruins/breaks the experience. Skipping back 7 seconds doesn't resolve the issue in my experience, nor does waiting and trying to catch up via scrubbing forward.
Based upon combing the topics and forums, this may to do with provider/location-based commericials and their timestamp mis-syncing or something of that nature? That's all over my head. Beats me.

What can I do? Is there anything you need from me? I really love this service and want it to be my premier method of TV viewing without having to jump into YouTube TV's app.

I appreciate the hard work and this experience is so close to being a killer app for me.

Next time this happens, click Settings > Support > Submit Diagnostics in the app and then post here

Ok. Had a spot to check back in. JUST happened again.
Diagnostics Submitted.
Stuck/frozen on the "Speedway" commercial. But i've seen it happen during other commercial spots, too.

I'm not seeing any diagnostics submitted from you?

Maybe try from the DVR server as well, under Settings > Troubleshooting > Submit

Ok. Caught it in the act again. Logs submitted via DVR Server.

Big Ten Network is stuck at commercial - this one looks like it's stuck at the Fox Sports Robot.

Are you running the dvr under a different user account perhaps?

Negative. Still jeremy.friedman1980.

The only thing I can think of is that i WAS using MacOS as my DVR server last week as I awaited the arrival of my RPi4. But i used the same user acct as i'm using now.

When you submitted from the dvr did it show the diagnostics code?

Just tuned back into the channel and it did it again.

To answer your question, it just gathered the logs and told me " Logs have been submitted as f75c8f63-85a1-4811-ac2c-48a48576aaa8 "

So no code.

Thanks that's what I needed.

Ok great. Gotta step away but let me know if u need anything more. TV watching is not going anywhere! lol

Fix will be up shortly.
