What does this error mean?

Dvr is running in a dedicated i7-5500u system with Win 10 and 16megs. CPU load is always low. I run MCEBuddy and comskip.

Could be a disk throughout issue. The DVR is not able to save the video from RAM to the HDD fast enough.
Could be.. I am storing to a Synology NAS, 1GB network both into the same switch. I'll monitor the network, but I would be surprised it it is saturated.

Check the network and disk IO stats in the Synology UI and see if you're hitting any maximums.
