I finally got my Plex and Channels Mac Mini up and running, and I went back to my apartment, away from where the server is and got a successful login into the server remotely. However, when I try to watch live TV via TVE, I get buffering every 3 or so seconds on my NVIDIA Shield TV (the cylander one) as well as my Amazon Fire TV.
Oddly enough, my Pixel 4 XL doesn't have these issues. I have the following hardware on the Mac Mini running Channels:

6 cores / Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-8700B CPU @ 3.20GHz

RAM16.00 GB
68.5% free
Internet speed is 1 gig up and down via Fios, so it can't be a speed issue.
I am not sure if this is a transcoder problem. The system is set up to be headless, which might create a transcoder issue? But why do I have a fine stream from that same server to my Pixel?
Any help you can provide, I would appreciate.
