Hi there been a couple of months on Channels DVR on a new Nvidia shield pro using tv everywhere and a 5tb usb drive for storage. Everything is Hardwired. I have issues every day or so where I get buffering during playback of a channel. Like have to go back to guide and go back to the chanmel to clear. Sometimes it works sometimes not. Other apps like netflix or disney plus and prime on the same device still working flawlessly. Sometimes in channels i get an html error on the screen saying something like tveverywhere/flash error or something. But if i go back to guide and back in it will work. For the most part it usually works ok, and for 8$ not really that terrible. Just wondering of anyone else has experienced any of this or cannoffer any advice? Thanks! -John
I have no issues of buffering on any of my Shields.
What server version are u using? and on what device is the server on?
Try updating to the latest sever by holding the update buttons for a few secs.
WHen it happens, I suggest u submit diagnostics option in the app and post the exct time u submitted them.
Also, u can use the troubleshooter page as directed below. post a screen shot of that here would help. (replace localhost with the IP of your server)

So your Shield is both server and client then?
We need the exact error message to help fix these issues.
Can you click Submit Diagnostics in the app after this happens next time.

hi @tmm1 - would it be possible to add an option to schedule the commercial detection process during a set period of time? Say from midnight to 6am?
