Bug - Can't create season pass on web interface

Running version 2020.11.11.0618 on Windows. I can't create a season pass from the web interface. Clicking on New Season's Pass in the guide closes the window and a pass is not created

Which browser? Does the js console show any errors?

Firefox or Edge. I do have Java installed but don't see any errors popping up

Also trying to create an advanced pass on the web UI and having trouble. Recording Lou Dobbs on Fox Business. Tried adding a rule that "time contains 7:00 PM" and it finds 0 instances to record. That pgm is on at 7:00 PM every day. What am I doing wrong, or is this a bug too?

try "7PM" without spaces maybe

Actually, as I type in the data entry box for the time, the number of programs to record updates as I type. Just typing a "7" in that box results in zero programs to record. Tried typing in Friday" and it results in zero recordings. Seems likeit just doesn't want to add a "TIME" parameter.

Omitting spaces did not help.

Tried Time contains then inserted numbers 1 thru 0, one at a time as well as M, T, W, F, S for the days of the week. All result in 0 recordings scheduled.

I have a similar type rule, and wondering if it might assign:

Channel == 6091
Tags == New
Duration > 3600
Time CONTAINS Saturday

This is the rule our household uses to catch any new movies on Hallmark Mysteries. Unfortunately, we've found that Time is not additive. (In fact, only a single Time element is permitted. If you try to add an additional one, it will overwrite the previous rule.)

As far as your Lou Dobbs question: The guide is showing that it seems to air 4 times each day:

  • 2:00PM – The first/initial airing
  • 4:00PM – Replay of the 2PM broadcast
  • 7:00PM – The second replay of the 2PM broadcast
  • 2:00AM (the following day) – A third replay of the previous day's 2PM broadcast

Because it looks like the 2PM airing is the only New one, are you ensuring that you aren't combining a time rule with Tags == New?

I think you are right. My pass is set to:
Channel == 251

SeriesID == 185331

Tags == New

Just saw where I can see exactly what is scheduled and it is only selecting the 5 PM airings which would be the new ones. Consider this one user error!

Glad you got it covered. For your use case, select one of New or 7PM, but not both :wink:
