I upgraded, and the DVR is still running fine.
Do you see the DVR icon in your status bar? Are you able to access the web UI at http://127.0.0.1:8089 ?

Thank you. The issue you’re running into is a bug in the DVR running on macOS 10.10 and 10.11. I sent you a fix to try out, and will be making it available for everyone later today.
The fix worked. I did restart the Mac server after about 5 minutes.
