*BUG* Missing Channel(s?)

Weird issue.
So I went to record a local channel (621). It comes up on the guide on Apple TV, but not in DVR to record.
Also, it shows up on the DVR interface as a channel (using on synology 716+II), but not on the guide on the interface.

Attached are screenshots and a couple pictures from the Apple TV version. (Click on the picture and it'll bring up an album) As you can see, the record button comes up when watching Friends but not on the Local channel. Also shown, it missing in the guide but showing on the channel list.

Can you post the lineup code set for your hdhomerun in the DVR?

USA-OH34469-X
(I think that’s what it is)

Looks like that channel 621 is missing from our guide provider’s database.

Were you getting guide data for it before, without DVR enabled? Try the “InstaTV Pro” app on Apple TV or HDHomeRun VIEW on a computer to check if SiliconDust is showing guide data on that channel.

EDIT: Please post your HDHomeRun device ID as well.

It’s never had an actual channel guide to it as it’s just local programming (Court shows, local football, stuff like that. Nothing really super important), but it does show up on the HDHomeRun app in the windows store, and Channels 2.0 as “Local 21 HD”.

Maybe it would be possible to have all channels show up even if there’s no guide data for it, kinda like it does on the Channels app?

Device ID: 1325C687

Unrelated (Kinda) Story

(Only reason why I even looked into recording it today was there is a court cast happening locally about a little girl that was murdered =\ Google “North Canton” and it should be the first thing that comes up. I literally drive by the place almost daily.)

I have reported this to our guide provider to see if they can add it to their database.

Heard back:

The channel has been added. Please allow 24 to 48hrs for it to be reflected.
