Had the trouble recording HD instead of SD, so I manually recorded a HD episode. When I try to play the episode, the wheel spins but doesn’t play. At work, but downloading the file to make sure it recorded.
Also, when I download file off the NAS it won’t play on my mac.
What software are you trying to play it with?
correction, it will play with VLC (not quicktime). When I try to play it on apple tv it shows the bar with the annotated commercials but doesn’t play and then goes back to the previous screen.
Click Submit Diagnostics at the bottom of the Settings tab on the ATV.
