It appears to be displaying according to UTC. I'm in CDT, which is UTC-5. It is currently 12:25 PM here, but I can't see what is currently on because the web ui guide thinks it is 5:25 PM.
The time is based on the browser/computer clock. Can you double check it's set correctly?
The guide shows the correct time in Safari on my Mac, but incorrectly in Firefox on Windows. I'll do some more testing to narrow down if its browser or OS dependent.

Same deal, correct in Safari on Mac, incorrect in Firefox on Windows. Doing more testing and will report back...

Well, I guess never mind on this. I restarted Firefox on both Mac and Windows, Firefox installed updates upon restart, and now times are all correct.

Just to follow up with a bit more info on this...
I'm pretty sure this issue was caused by a VPN extension I was testing out in Firefox this morning. Even though I disabled the extension after testing this morning, Firefox was apparently still holding onto the time settings, and this must've rest back to normal when I restarted Firefox.
