CableCard HDHR3

today I have lost most of my channels discovery Bbc America and the weather channels to name a few I have u[dated the firmware on my box and everything is up to date, does anybody know if Comcast are stopping cable cards now as I have tried with tech support but with no help . Tried everything scanning and rescanning with no change. thanks in advance

Have you tried silicondust they can see if your card is paired correctly or if it is a failing HDHR Prime. My 2 Primes on XFINITY are OK.

I'm cablecard/HDHRPrime/Comcast and all fine here.

They're still letting the cards work, but not devoting much time or training to the topic that's for sure. I assume Support tried re-pairing the card and it didn't work? If so and if your Prime is functioning OK otherwise, then Comcast may have broken something upstream at a headend or something, but first tier tech support will not see or understand information like that. If they won't escalate your case then it may be worth making an end run around first tier by posting a message to the Comcast Direct section of DSLReports where actual Comcast techs may respond.

Comcast had to look into the issue over night while I slept. They sent a message saying it was fixed. I rescanned and all the channels came back, its working again now as it was. thank everybody
