While I am out of my depth, couldn't this information be provided by the server and not the client (and thus not be client dependent)? I'd love to see the cast and crew, be able to look for other shows or movies they appear in, and see a parents guide for detailed content ratings. Yes, this can all be done using other apps, but seeing CDVR is a movie & TV DVR, it should beef up this ability natively.
