If I have a T-Mobile TVision HUB can it be the source that Channel DVR server as a source? If not why not?
SO I ask BARD the google AI interface and this is what I got from there:
Yes, the Channels DVR server can use a T-Mobile TVision TVision HUB as the input source for recording.
To do this, you will need to connect the TVision HUB to your home network and then install the Channels DVR app on the TVision HUB. Once you have done this, you will be able to add the TVision HUB as a source to your Channels DVR server.
To add the TVision HUB as a source to your Channels DVR server, open the Channels DVR web interface and go to the Sources page. Then, click on the Add Source button and select the TVision HUB from the list of available sources.
Once you have added the TVision HUB as a source, you will be able to select the channels that you want to record and set up recording schedules.
Here are the steps on how to set up a T-Mobile TVision TVision HUB as the input source for recording with Channels DVR:
- Connect the TVision HUB to your home network.
- Install the Channels DVR app on the TVision HUB.
- Open the Channels DVR web interface and go to the Sources page.
- Click on the Add Source button and select the TVision HUB from the list of available sources.

Once you have completed these steps, you will be able to record and watch live TV from the Channels DVR app on the TVision HUB. You can also watch recorded content on your mobile devices or other streaming devices that support the Channels DVR app.
Please note that some local broadcast channels may have restrictions on recording. For example, some channels may only allow you to record a limited number of hours of content per month or may not allow you to record certain shows or events. For more information, please consult the Channels DVR website or contact the local broadcast channels that you want to record.
Any comments will be apricated
The Tvision service shut down over two and half years ago. I seem to remember people having a difficult time using it for TVE on Channels DVR even when it was up.
