Can anyone tell me why recording ended early?

Here are the logs about the time the recording ended. The recording ended 2 hours before the scheduled time.

You need to look at the main dvr log under Support > Logs. This log doesn't have that information.

Ok updated. I guess the stream ended but that is highly unlikely.

That means the other side closed the connection. Happens a lot if you use random IPTV providers with shoddy streams and servers.

Looks like it even tried to reconnect but got an error that the stream was no longer active. So the channel died while you were recording.

I have never seen a stream stop prematurely before. Is this why I am unable to stream this recording remotely? There is a timeout when I try.

You can try selecting Fix Video Timestamps on it and that may help. Or maybe its corrupted altogether as the stream was dying. You could tell by trying to watch the mpg file in VLC or using original quality remote streaming.
