Hi. I've had some Mac computer issues. Got things back up and running, but when I point my library to where Channels has always stored my recordings (all my recordings are still there, I checked) they don't show up in Channels. Is there a way to re-index the library so it shows all the recordings in the folder?
Go to general settings from the admin page. Scroll to the library database section and from the maintenance dropdown select refresh library. If that doesn't work for you then select reindex library from the maintenance dropdown.
You may need to do a restore if you lost your recordings in Channels DVR and the recordings are still there.
Did you have to configure the Channels DVR again (setup sources, etc)?
